1. **Consultation**: Contact us, by phone, email or by using the enquiry button so we can begin to understand your specific requirements and preferences.

We will be able to guide you through the various options and discuss the whole process with you.

2. **Survey**: Having understood your requirements we will then arrange to send an engineer to your home to complete a survey and agree the final design solution with you.

At this stage we will advise on which system is best suited to your needs and the features of that unit, such as SMART control via a mobile app etc. We will also advise on power requirements for the system. Don’t worry we can arrange for the power feed to be installed.

3. **Design & Quotation**: Having gathered all the information from your home, we will create a bespoke air conditioning solution, tailored to your specific requirements. We will also provide you with a FREE, NO OBLIGATION QUOTATION.

We will follow up with you in the next few days to see if you have decided to move ahead.

4. **Installation & Commissioning**: At an agreed date and time, our skilled engineers will ensure a seamless and professional installation. We rigorously test the system to ensure it operates at peak performance.

We will show you around the full system and demonstrate how it works. If you have requested a WiFi enabled system, we will be able to advise you on what mobile applications are required and how to add the system to the application.

5. **Sign Off**: Once the demonstration is complete, we will finalise our paperwork and arrange for final payment. However our journey together doesn’t end there, We will stay in contact with you to ensure your system continues to meet your needs.

Much like a gas boiler, air conditioning systems require annual servicing, but don’t worry we will contact you when your system is due for its service.
