What happens if your air conditioning system
stops working?

Well the first thing to do is not to panic. Smart Air Solutions has over a decade of experience of installing, servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems.

Contact us and we will discuss the issue with you. We may then need to arrange for an engineer to visit your home to diagnose the faulty system.

If we installed the system within the last year, we will repair the unit under warranty free of charge.

If the system is older than one year but still has warranty, we will arrange to have the parts supplied by the maufacturer and we will advise you of whether there is a call out fee for the breakdown. 

If your system is outside the warranty period, we will diagnose the system and then provide a quotation for the repair. We provide a 30 day warranty on our work in addition to the manufacturers part warranty, so you’ll have plenty of time to call us back if the system needs further attention.
